This course will equip you to apply a broad range of competencies relevant to an administration role. It will enable to you to use some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge in your job, possibly also where you provide some technical advice and support to a team

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this course. However, it is advised that candidates are currently in the workforce to support the application of skills and knowledge in the achievement of assessment outcomes

Ongoing support in LLN and other learning needs, based on initial testing against the requirements of the course, is provided to ensure that each student has the opportunity to achieve outcomes

Sound written communication skills are required to complete written tasks. Candidates also need well-developed organisation and self-management abilities in order to incorporate the study load and be able to work independently

The duration and training delivery

The course is run over 12 months but can be adjusted on an individual needs basis. On the job activities and off the job workshops, work-related projects and self-paced materials are the delivery modes.

One to one follow up will be available between workshops for students who indicate a need for further support.
