The duration and training delivery

The course is delivered using a combination of workshops, study time away from the workstation, flexible self-paced learning materials, study groups and facilitated meetings and work-related projects 

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this course. However, it is advised that candidates are in an established administrator work role or aspiring to be, to support the application of skills and knowledge in the achievement of assessment outcomes

Ongoing support in LLN and other learning needs, based on initial testing against the requirements of the course, is provided to ensure that each student has the opportunity to achieve outcomes 

Candidates who are not in the workforce would have additional assistance, time and resources devoted on a needs by needs basis, including a one-to-one delivery mode

Sound written communication skills are required to complete written tasks. Candidates also need well-developed organisation and self-management abilities in order to incorporate the study load and be able to work independently
