VACCHO’s Registered Training Organisation, Yagilaith Djerring, launches new website

May 5, 2026

Accessing culturally safe, nationally accredited vocational training just got easier.

The Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) has unveiled a new digital home for Yagilaith Djerring, its in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The new website delivers a modern, streamlined and more engaging digital experience for the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) sector – from leaders hoping to build their team’s impact to individuals looking to upskill.

The upgraded platform is a central hub for all things vocational training for Mob, making it easier than ever to learn about and register for nationally accredited training.

At the heart of the new website is a significantly improved user experience. A clean design, simplified navigation and improved site structure ensure users can quickly find what they’re looking for, while a new search function for courses makes accessing content faster and more intuitive.

The launch marks a significant step forward in VACCHO’s ongoing commitment to improving its digital ecosystem and better supporting Members – as committed to through VACCHO’s On Solid Ground Strategic Plan.

The new website plays an important role in growing the ACCO workforce, and creating a more accessible, engaging and connected digital experience that strengthens how VACCHO interacts with Members and Community across Victoria.

Yagilaith Djerring, which means ‘learning from one another’ in Woi Wurrung language, is Victoria’s leading training provider for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce. It delivers culturally safe, high-quality training for Community, supporting them on their journey to meaningful employment.

With over 700 graduates and counting, Yagilaith Djerring continues to build a workforce that reflects and serves the needs of Community. It was named Victorian Community Training Provider of the Year at the Victorian Training Awards in 2023.
