The role of the Communications Team is to help strengthen VACCHO’s capacity to effectively support, represent and advocate on behalf of Members/ACCHOs and Victoria’s Aboriginal community. We strive to promote our work, staff, members, services and role as the peak body to key stakeholders, partners, government and the general community. Document and Quality Management provide a range of strategic an operational services for VACCHO by monitoring and analysing existing business/operational process and identifying where processes can be more effective and streamlined. We focus on retaining AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement through the analysis of our programs and services. This ensures services and program delivery staff can utilise more of their time in servicing the needs of our members and the community.

The Finance Team provides a range of support services to VACCHO, its Members, the Board, Management and staff. Services include payroll, processing payments and receipts, financial reporting and meeting statutory and regulatory requirements including reporting to funding bodies and other external stakeholders.

Human Resources provides a range of strategic and operational services for VACCHO and its employees to create a workplace we can all be proud of. We are focused on attracting, developing, organising and retaining the right people to create an environment where every employee is energetically engaged in rewarding work to his or her best ability.

Members Support provides a range of support services to VACCHO Members. This includes co-ordinating statewide Member, Annual General and Professional CEO Network meetings. Other supporting functions of this team are directing Member associated enquiries and the dissemination of information to Members.
