On the eve of 2019 NAIDOC week, the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) has publicly supported the move towards a Treaty process in Victoria.

It was two steps forward and one step back for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal Victorians as yesterday’s budget announcement delivered wins for Aboriginal Treaty advancement but failed to secure long-term funding that will improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal Victorians.
