The Aboriginal Community Elders Services (ACES) is the only Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community controlled organisation in an urban setting which provides all three aged care programs:

  1. Residential Care Services
  2. Community Aged Care (also known as Koori Community Aged Care Program or KCACP)
  3. Home and Community Care (HACC) Planned Activity Groups (also known as PAG)
