LEAHA is open between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and provides the following services to the Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Community:
* Medical Transport – non acute transport to medical and other health appointments
*Local Justice Worker Program – coordination of work hours for residents on Community Based Orders and/or Intensive Correction Orders
*Koori Youth Justice Program – supporting clients who are at risk of, or who have had, contact with the Justice system
*Elders Planned Activity Group Program - social and recreational activities for Elders from Lakes Entrance and Lake Tyers.
*Healthy for Life/Health Promotion and Chronic Care Program - coordinated care for Aboriginal community members with a chronic disease
- ante and post natal care for pregnant women
*Closing the Gap – a health program specifically designed for Aboriginal men aged 15-45years of age
