VACCHO works on a number projects in partnership with Diabetes Australia - Victoria. These include the Aboriginal Life! Taking Action on Diabetes program, which involves training and supporting Aboriginal Health Workers to deliver the Road to Good Health diabetes prevention program.
VACCHO works in partnership with the Better Health Company to deliver childhood nutrition training to Aboriginal health and early childhood practitioners. Culturally appropriate child nutrition and physical activity resources have been developed for Koori families with young children.
